Reflexology

This one is all about the feet, and funnily enough not really anything to do with your feet! How utterly blissful it is to have somebody dedicate an entire hour to massaging your feet, and what a wonder that it is so much more than just a foot massage, it can have a profound and deeply healing effect on your mind body and soul.

Based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body this targeted holistic treatment has a deep intention to balance the bodies systems to encourage homeostasis and good health, but still it can be more.

The reflexology I do has begun to transcend that of the physical, I now see many deeper meanings in what I find in people’s feet, this is what makes my work truly holistic. The message our imbalances show sometimes need to be unravelled, and what better way to unravel them than with an hour of dedicated work on your feet supported by in-depth consultation and after care.

To encourage this depth of relaxation and healing you are immersed in many layers of peace, the music, the oils, the warmth of the bed, the eye pillow the calm serenity of the location and the room. And to add another layer of bliss to your treatment I infuse it all with beautiful reiki healing energy, crystals, energy dowsing and sound healing.

Sink in and surrender to the bliss

What to expect to feel after a session, beyond feather like walking on air feet? You may sleep better, you may feel more relaxed, more at peace. You may gain clarity about situations in life, decisions become easier, and over time, life can have more ease and flow.

With ever increasing levels of stress in everyday life, it is important to take more ownership for your own healthcare needs. As a one-off treatment reflexology can be relaxing and balancing, but does work best taken as a regular session, once a month, or every 2 months, whatever works for you, a regular session may be one of the ways to mitigate the stresses of modern life.

Reflexology is generally a 1 hour treatment costing £50, but some people benefit from a longer session of 90 minutes costing £75 This will include more work on the legs plus some work on head and face reflexes, complete bliss!

“Wow, have thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from the reflexology treatments I have received. The atmosphere is calming and very positive, I very much look forward to my next session”
